Well dude I got that problem in my old pc with a crappy graphic card (intel 945 gm) so it could be the problem if u have a bad graphic card but i google the problem for u and i found that this problem exists with 64 bit windows so if u can give some details about your pc i could help u
PS: Search in youtube maybe u get lucky
